• Processing Time: Orders are made to order and take 5-7 business days to process before shipping.

• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Replacements

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges.

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. To request a replacement:

1. Email infofillystyle@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders can be canceled or modified only within 24 hours of purchase. After this, the order is final.
